Dave Ruhl

Skilled wrestler from Hanna, Alberta who was discovered by Ray Steele in the 40s. Wrestled full-time from 1951 into the 1970s. Travelled across North America and was also successful in Japan when he toured there in 1969 and 1972.

Defeated Canadian stars Archie Gouldie and Abdullah the Butcher for the Stampede North American title. Beat Al Mills for the Canadian title in 1955.

Dave Ruhl died in December 1988.
