Welcome to my work-in-progress (and there hasn't been much progress lately) on the long and extraordinary history of professional wrestling in Toronto. I've been wanting to devote a site to Toronto for some time, but I've had to accept that it would be a long time before I'd be able to come out of the gate with a full site like the ones that have been dedicated to some other territories.
So this will be a site where I add material as I have time. I have thousands of results, ads, feature stories, and more -- mostly from the Toronto Star and the Globe and Mail -- covering pro wrestling in Toronto from its early days in the 19th and early 20th centuries, through to the beginning of the regular weekly shows in 1929, right to the present.
